JBL is owned and operated by Matt Shanley.  Matt and his family are residents of Ellicott City and are lifelong Marylanders.  Matt started JBL Constructions in 1999 and has served satisfied customers in the Baltimore-Annapolis-DC corridor ever since.  Matt and his crews are dedicated to superior craftsmanship and honest and reliable customer service.  Our focus is to serve you and to exceed your expectations.
